By booking an appointment with Mothership Skincare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined below.
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. No deposit is charged at the time of booking — your card is kept on file to secure your reservation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice as a courtesy so we may offer your appointment time to another client.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
We understand that life happens. However, out of respect for all clients, we are unable to accommodate arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment. This will be treated as a same-day cancellation and 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
Clients who do not contact us prior to a missed appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Future bookings will require full prepayment at the time of scheduling.

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information on their intake form, including all medical conditions, medications, supplements, and topical products currently in use. Mothership Skincare is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information. Please notify us of any changes to your health history prior to each visit.
A patch test may be required prior to receiving a chemical peel service, particularly for first-time clients or those with sensitive or reactive skin. This is for your safety and ensures the best possible outcome. If a patch test is recommended and declined, Mothership Skincare reserves the right to modify or decline the service.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room during services. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure a focused, safe, and relaxing environment for every client.
To ensure a peaceful and focused treatment experience, we ask that all phones and devices be silenced prior to your service. You are welcome to use your phone before and after your appointment.
All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any retail items, including opened or unopened products. If you have questions about a product, we encourage you to ask your esthetician before purchasing so we can help you select the best option for your skin.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Mothership Skincare reserves the right to modify, adjust, or substitute services based on a skin assessment conducted at the time of your appointment. If a different treatment is determined to be more appropriate or beneficial for your skin, your esthetician will discuss this with you prior to making any changes.
Before and after photos may be taken for treatment documentation and portfolio purposes. Separate written consent is required before any images are used for marketing, social media, or promotional materials. Your personal information will never be attached to any images shared publicly. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Gratuity is never expected but is always deeply appreciated. If you feel your experience was exceptional and would like to leave a tip, it may be given in cash or added at the time of payment. Thank you for your kindness and support as a small local business.
