I've been asking myself the same question for most of my life: if you could do what you love, what would you do?
The answers changed a lot. Fashion designer. Nurse. Preschool teacher. Then my best friend dragged me to my first hot yoga class and forgot to mention the heat. For the first time I felt genuinely in control of my body — and fell in love with what it meant to actually take care of yourself.
A few years later I started turning over product bottles and reading the back. I didn't recognize anything I was putting on my skin. So I started making my own — and got completely absorbed by botanicals and the idea that plants could be medicine. Most of my obsessions come and go... this one stayed.
In 2017 I enrolled in esthetics school. I went in wanting to create a skincare line and left wanting something I hadn't expected: to change the way people feel about their skin. I wasn't prepared for how rewarding that would feel.
That discovery sent me deeper — into yin yoga, breathwork, and the nervous system — because the skin and the nervous system are not separate. My specialty is barrier health, meeting the skin where it is.
I'm also a bonus mom and the eldest of five. Somewhere in a lifetime of holding space for others I found the truest name for what I do. Mothership — a vessel that leads, serves, and carries. The place where my personality meets my soul's purpose.
Self-care is not a luxury. It's a return. I am honored to be part of that for you.
